PRICING

  • Solo $850 total
  • (2 besties) double occupancy $550 per person
  • (3 besties) triple occupancy $400 per person
  • (4 besties) quadruple occupancy $350 per person

Each Room has 1 King Bed + Sleeper Sofa with private bathroom

PAYMENT PLAN

  • $50 deposit due at booking
  • remaining balance is split into 7 equal payments (2/6, 2/20, 3/6, 3/20, 4/3, 4/17, 5/1) – Average payment of $75 per month (could be less depending on how many travelers to your room).

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All deposits are nonrefundable. The remainder of your reservation is refundable if cancelled by February 6, 2026. After this date, you must have travel insurance in order to cancel. All refunds are provided in the form of travel credit to be used on any other group trip within 1 year.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Q: Do we have to share a room? A: You only share a room with the people you signed up with (on your booking form), there will not be any strangers “grouped” into your room. Your room is private and has it’s own bathroom.
  • Q: Do you provide transportation to Gatlinburg? A: We do not provide transportation as our Besties come from all over the country. However, transportation can be added (you would fly into Knoxville Airport). Many of our besties have chosen to drive in the past (we have parking available at no extra charge).
  • Q: Will there be Alcohol? A: You are welcome to bring any drinks that you choose. Drinks are provided at Dinner, Brunch and our Wine Tasting.
  • Q: Is there a minimum age to attend? A: Yes, we welcome anyone 25+
  • Q: Is this trip for Women Only? A: It is centered on a “girls trip” type vibe with activities geared towards women but everyone is welcome.
  • Q: What Time should we arrive? A: Please arrive between 3-5 PM
  • Q: What Time is Check-out? A: 11:00 AM on Sunday
